For years where I checked the boxes, lived in fear of disrupting what was ‘working’, guilt for warning more, settling, accepting the mediocrity of my life that was also killing me inside.
Until I decided my desire for change outweighed my fear of who I would be when I released judgement of myself and started to listen to that still, small voice.
